I later found out it’s an "on-request" service, but the staff failed to mention this at check-in. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and basic hygiene standards."

"This is a beautiful hotel located next to a park. The front desk staff were excellent in sorting out an automated parking machine problem that could have been very inconvenient and resulted in an expensive parking fine. The food is excellent."
