Very nice hotel and room. Complimentary bottle prosecco,, juice, both types of water. Very short walk to st. Marc square. Plenty of shopping and restaurants everywhere. Concierge was very helpful.

This is a beautiful island off of Venice. This is a delightful little hotel that is in a house just like all of the others on Burano. When all the tourist leave it is wonderful to spend the evening with all of he natives and enjoy a meal with them. This hotel is truly a gem and makes that possible.

Spent 4 nights in this beautiful unique hotel. It’s more like staying in someone’s mansion. Built in 1400 and decorated to give you a touch of the era without over doing it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Helped us book cabs and tips on restaurants and nearby beaches. Breakfast in the morning was very good and it is served outside in their courtyard. Very quiet room and comfortable bed. I highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is located in the center of Grado near the grand canal. It is very close to dozens of restaurants and shops and 10 min walk to 2 public beaches. Hotel staff was very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful (typical Italian fare). Parking, albeit limited and tight, is available in a secure area accessible from the hotel’s lobby. Recommend getting a junior suite; the less expensive rooms are very small.

The staff is extremly friendly and sweet. The property is a jewel in the beautiful Lido island. Beautifully decorated, charming, retro style, it feels like you are in a movie... My parents spendt their hooneymoon there 50 years ago and they told me I would not regret staying there. It was the most perfect decision. I really enjoyed it. Love it!!!!

The property was pristine and exceeded our expectations.

It would have helped if we had a car to get around. We had to take a cab and a train to get back and forth to Venice. But the hotel was great and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was also a great way to start the day.

Our family of 4, 2 adults plus teenage boy and girl picked this unique place to stay for several days after researching over 200 different places. Were very glad we stayed here. We were brought by water taxi from the airport right to the front door dock and stored our luggage while the apartment was being readied. As we were only a 5 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and Grand Canal we took a stroll there for a nice breakfast and returned at noon. To our surprise our luggage was already in the...

Breakfast and coffee were outstanding! Ultra modern, quiet and clean hotel. Excellent location for access to water transport, St. Marks Square, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel highly. No complaints whatsoever!

Everything was amazing, we only stayed there for one night but it was totally worth it. The hotel is amazing, modern yet themed as antique, room was beyond amazing, breakfast exceeded our expectations, and hotel staff were amazing special thanks to Alessandra at the reception who was very nice to help us with everything we needed!! We had a fantastic stay at Residenza Ducato! The apartment is brand new and beautifully designed. The bathroom is floor to ceiling marble with a high-tech multi-functional rain shower... it was heaven! The apartment also has several dual USA and Euro outlets which was very helpful as we were a group of 5 American women with lots of beauty gadgets! The air conditioning worked very well, it was hot outside so we were relieved to have a good system. Only cons were there were a few fixtures...

This is a luxury, modern hotel at moderate prices. The location is perfect. There is a rooftop bar that is amazing. The staff was very professional. Highly recommended

Beautiful older hotel perfect fit for Venice. Very clean and timeless hotel. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast. Right in the shopping area of Venice and close walk to St.Marks Square. Nice amenities including: Spa for an additional charge. Boat taxi service provided by the hotel. Bar on site. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
