Very convenient location for walkability. Beautifully renovated and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide assortment of delectable pastries freshly baked at the hotel. Everything you would want. Hot and cold selections and very fresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Could this be the best hotel in Venice? Spotlessly clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff with generosity and kindness in every interaction, fabulous breakfast. The best location close (but not too close) to Piazza San Marco in a quiet calle off the Grand Canal with just a minutes walk to the jetty where you can be dropped off by water taxi from either the airport or train station. Note that some rooms don’t have a view (although Grand Canal views are available) but you won’t be in your room much will you? - you’ll be exploring all that beautiful Venice has to offer. Excellent value for money, we will definitely be back!

Great little spot we found in Venice. Close to many restaurants that are anywhere within 3 to 10 minutes away. Just few feets away from a dock for taxis picking and dropping you off. Great food at the restaurant for breakfast and very friendly staff. If interested to return definetly go back to this place. Rooms aren't the biggest but if you just like to travel like us and just need a clean and descent room with a great shower (no bathtub) this is your spot!

Rooms were clean, location was great only a 1 min walk from water taxi which was really convenient, 4 min walk to all the high end shopping, and close to restaurants. Only complaint is the air conditioner worked but was a little weak.

We stayed here after we had just had a 10 day cruise with my husband and his parents. They had a lot of bags and the location was perfect as we didn’t have to drag the bags very far! The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect for exploring Venice. Perfect!

Nice facility, smaller hotel, we selected a room with a small balcony with a nice view of the Grand Canal. Breakfast was very nice with a variety of food. Much nicer than most hotels we’ve stayed at. Alessandro was very helpful. Lined up transportation to a from hotel, complimentary trip to Murano Glass factory, and a private tour of the Doge Palace & St. Mark’s Basilica. Guide also took us to the Ponte Di Rialto bridge & showed us a good restaurant. It was expensive. Everything was around $500: room, transportation to & from hotel & airport, tour. I was very pleased with everything.

All the staff were extremely helpful. They made all the transfer arrangements to and from the hotel very easy. Breakfast had good variety and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is also a plus, everywhere was accessible. I will recommend.

Really good location - 5 min walk from the main square but not in the middle of the action. The hotel is very nice and the staff are great. The bed wasn’t very comfortable (was clearly two single beds put together) but other than that was great.
