"Staff was helpful with recommendations. This property was not conducive to families. Needed to be super quiet. It was terribly difficult to enter and leave. Air did not work. The room was 90 plus degrees. We all sweated terribly and now they are asking us to pay 300 plus euro for a new mattress claiming someone wet the bed. They said they’d get us a water taxi. Taxi was 20 minutes late and we almost missed our flight. It was terribly difficult to get our luggage up the stairs. Tunnel entrance...

"Location couldnt have been better. We took the train in to Venezia S. Lucia and were able to walk to here in minutes. The property being right on the grand canal was simply gorgeous and so peaceful. Despite being right off of Fondamenta Dei Scalzi, it was quiet and lovely. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!"

"Location of the property was perfect, we did not have to walk far with our suitcases from the people mover. Great view from the common area of the canal. My only complaint is that our room was 4 flights up and there was no elevator to help with bags. Not a place to stay if you have any mobility issues or difficulty carrying your luggage up stairs otherwise I would highly recommend this location."
