We had a fantastic stay. The location couldn’t be better! Our room overlooked the canal. The young guy at the front desk was super helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Best part of this hotel was the location. The fan and towel rack didn’t work. The curtains were falling off the rod. The TV is the size of a big iPad and there were ants!

Property had a great location. Check-in/check-out process was super easy, and there's a coffee shop in the square right next door. Only issue was the AC was pumping out hot air on our last night and we couldn't figure out our to get it to work. Didn't have the chance to get the staff to troubleshoot it as it was quite late when we discovered the issue.

The room was overlooking a small alleyway. No view of the canals. They're had been no room service for at least a few weeks everything was covered in dust and there was blood on some of the curtains. All the keys open all of the hotel doors. The bed was 2 twin mattresses pushed together not a queen mattress. The location is helpful a fairly central in the city and the concierge helped me carry my luggage up the stairs.

Great location, within walking distance to St. Mark's Square and an abundance of shops! Right on a canal where you can pick up a water taxi to airport if needed, or a gondola for a quiet ride. Just be prepared for lots of stairs! Room was on the third floor, so it can be tricky with luggage. AC is not the best, but sufficient, and the views are very nice! Staff was very helpful at check in, and they do allow you to drop off luggage before checking in, so you can explore the area! Room was quaint. Overall, I would stay here again!

The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! The ability to store our bags before check-in was great. The room itself was well-maintained, a good size, and had a nice view. Convenient location to most tourist activities.

The front desk person was very kind and friendly. Location was perfect, close to the main tourist areas but far enough from the crowds for a quieter experience. Just about three minutes from the famous tiramisu place “I Tre Mercantil.” The air conditioning was good and kept the room at a very comfortable temperature. There was a small working refrigerator and a wardrobe. The room appearance was cute, very Venetian with a beautiful ceiling and exposed wood beams. However, I have several observations: the bathroom needs an urgent upgrade. There was a lot of mildew in the shower. Not enough pressure on the toilet to flush correctly and towels very thin. The mattress was super hard, but the pillows were good. Be ready to go up the stairs a total of three floors as there’s no elevator. The stairways look like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time.

Safe, clean and in a great location in Castello, on one of the larger campos in Venice. Pretty typical "value" room for Venice, nice curtains, two twin beds pushed together and a slightly shabby but clean bathroom. Double flight of steep stairs. This place gave us a great welcome after a long trip. Great location to everything including water taxi from the airport and to the train station. Everyday they provided maid service. We traveled with a young toddler and it was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great place and clean our only issue was that the bed was to joint beds and it had a crack in the middle that made it uncomfortable also the bed sheets were old and it rip as soon as we pull it but over all the location was great and close to most important areas.

Loved the look of the room with exposed beams and roof tiles and the air conditioning!! The bathroom was clean and well equipped. Both the bathroom and bedroom were roomy and there was a view of the canal. Luggage storage was great. It’s true the steps up with heavy luggage were inconvenient but all part of the experience!

Beautiful property with a good view of the canals. Be advised though that there is no lift, but the room itself is worth it. You get the feel of Venice but from a good distance away from the busy areas so it’s pretty quiet and serene at night. I chose this area because it’s near the restaurant we had reservations for. The front desk folks were nice as well.

We loved our stay at Le Marie! We particularly loved the view of the canal from our window! There was a lot of stairs to climb to the third floor but that was well worth it for the view. The room was clean and it was easy to do check in and check out. Clean room, quiet in the evening. Walking distance to everything you need. We loved the Ozio terrace and bar just on the piazza besides the B&B.
