Very clean room, good shower and quality toiletries. AC, fridge and safe. Room serviced every day. Loved the ground floor location, with direct access to the garden. Quiet location, but close to Fondamente Nove and Ca d’Oro.

We spent 4 nights here. The location was great for getting around and out of the hustle and bustle of the very crowded and expensive S. Marcos neighborhood. Room was a good size for a couple. Bathroom was clean and a good size for European standards. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice, clean and neighborhood feel in Venice.

The room was very unique and bigger than most. We only had one night and would have used the rooftop if we stayed longer. The staff was very helpful prior to our arrival with directions to get there from the port. Great location.

The room feels clean, bed sheets feel fresh. Air conditioning works well. Location is close to the ferry terminal coming from airport and heading to Burano island. The checking reception is in a separate building close by, not too inconvenient. Communication with the hotel ahead of the trip is easy.

Everything about our stay was good overall. The room was comfortable, and we were happy with the hotel. The only inconvenience was that our room was located about a five-minute walk from the reception area. Whenever we needed something such as drinking water, we had to walk back to the main lobby, which was a little inconvenient. Other than the location of our room, we had a pleasant stay.

We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it to others. It is in a quiet residential area, yet a short walk to all the tourist areas. We enjoyed the courtyard, which is rare in Venice. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the room that had a loft. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly. A great place to stay while visiting Venice.

Our room was nice when we got to it. 2 flights of stairs with suitcases was not appealing but staff helped us on arrival and upon departure. Checking in at a different location than we were staying was a little inconvenient, but the staff was helpful by walking us to our accommodations and answering questions.

Room was very clean, but as it’s an old building, they had some ants. There’s a fridge, though, so you can store any food there. Beautiful room in a quiet and less busy part of town. A/C worked great (visited in June 2026). Staff at Ca D’Oro were helpful and even came over to help with wifi when it stopped working. There’s a beautiful restaurant nearby called Piera Alta. Would highly recommend.
