Incredible stay, wife and I spent 2 weeks in Italy. 2 nights at this location and it was by far the best stay we had. Unit is incredible, view is great, breakfast is an incredible plus and location overall is very good.

Great hotel. Our room was on the second floor and looked out onto the water. A wonderful view! Hotel was very clean and well maintained. For breakfast, we received a voucher for the cafe nearby. If you book here, my advice is to take the vaporetto from the train station (or wherever you're coming from). The vaporetto stops just outside the hotel. Otherwise, you'll need to cart your bags a long way.

Great stay on other side of Venezia 🇮🇹

Awesome place! I wish i stayed here my whole time in Venice as opposed to only my last night. Very modern property and well maintained. Very quiet, even with marine traffic adjacent to property. I highly recommend! The open window with a view of the water and an evening breeze was an excellent bonus!!

Rented here because of the washing machine availability and the convenience to the waterbus (just outside the building) but they said not to use the washing machines because they were in the process of switching them out. False advertising in my opinion. Things in the apartment was pretty flimsy and kitchen was not well equipped, pots and pans did not look clean, no microwave. I would stay here for convenience for transportation to and from the airport, but for nothing else. Overpriced for what I paid and got.

Residenza Universitaria Gesuiti College, Hostel and Hotel Visited 18 days in June/July. A bit rustic, wonderfully authentic. The location is sublime. Feet away from the Vaporetto that brings you from and to Marco Polo airport, affords you the view of the lagoon, Isola di San Michele (Venetian cemetery, worth a visit) with Murano, Venetian Glass, in the near distance. The staff, especially Daniele, Sebastiano made welcomed me in true Italian fashion. I would be remiss to forget Andrea(who gave me a great Italian cigar,) and Otabor friendly above and beyond. These very fine gentlemen made time at the hotel, and lounging in the vast courtyard, a fine social experience. Feet away, literally, is Tortuga caffé serving a myriad of Italian specialties, cold beer and Spritz. The hotel is a former Jesuit Seminary filled with artwork. Attached is one of Venice’s most beautiful churches, Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta Detta I Gesuiti. The neighborhood (sestiere), Cannaregio, is relatively quiet, home to locals and stunningly beautiful buildings with caffés, fine restaurants and campi(squares). Rooms are modern, and spacious for Venice. My window looked out on the lagoon, Isole San Michele and Murano (fine Venetian glass)with the Italian Alps in the distance which are visible on a clear day. Breakfast is provided at a local caffé. Posizione molto comoda per visitare sia la città, leggermente al di fuori dei grandi flussi turistici ma comunque vicina alle principali attrazioni, sia per prendere il traghetto verso Murano e Burano. Struttura antica e suggestiva, recentemente rinnovata, con camere semplici ma dotate di tutto il necessario, bollitore incluso. Il bagno in particolare è nuovo di zecca, con ottima doccia. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo, soprattutto in bassa stagione. Un indirizzo da scoprire e ricordare!

작은 침대가 인상적이였지요. 엘베는 없었어요. 너무 힘들게 숙소 도착해서 완전 지쳐있었는데, 다음날 혹시나 싶어 열어본 창문 밖에 엄청난 풍광이 있었고, 피곤했던 여독이 다 달아났어요. 체크아웃후 짐도 맡겨주어서 편안하게 다녔습니다. 욕실도 깨끗하고 좋아요.

Superbly located building literally around the corner from a vaporetto stop. I had a spacious, spotless room with a modern bathroom. It was quiet and well-run by young, multilingual staff. It has a connection to college of some kind which I couldn't quite fathom. I'd prefer no to to go all-in with five stars but Expedia doesn't offer a 4.5 option. The included breakfast is less than ideal: they give you a coupon to go to a cafe further along the fondamente. They could have organised it with the cool joint next door (which also has a connection to university which I couldn't quite fathom). But that's a detail. I'll be staying there again.
