Not a great place. Bathroom was shared, toilet seat was missing a bolt on the seat, shower didnt drain, and overall mot very clean. Room was small, but cheap. Location not real good but it is close to trains and bus. Only stay here if you are in the room to sleep. I would probably not come back.

We were surprised how good the property was as we were a bit worried about some negative reviews that we had seen. The manager Mr Khan was very helpful at all times, this included providing a kettle when we needed it. Parking is possible in the rear car park which we used. The Deluxe Double room was clean with a large shower and toilet area. The AC in the room worked well. The top floor of the property has a kitchen with fridge /freezer/ microwave/Oven and Hob. All very useful for heating up food such as Pizza. There are also dinning tables in case you want to eat the take away food there. An enjoyable stay . Will definitely return if in Venice again as station is so close.

Minutes walk from the station making it easy to reach Venice city. Area however did feel unsafe with a lot of homeless people shouting at night at each other.

First they have a different name so no one could find them. They never changed their sign. Second they charged more for a private bathroom. Be careful. Many are shared bathrooms. Yechhh!!!

Damp towels lying Uber basin in shared bathroom. Shower gel dispenser in shower completely empty - luckily I always bring a supply for such a situation. Just one mirror in each bedroom would be helpful.

Like: 1. Very close to Venizia Mestre Station (5 min walk) 2. Room is big and clean. However the floors are very cold 3. There is a refrigerator in the room and a full kitchen on third floor with microwave , refrigerator, plates and bowls. Gas is broken though 4. Receptionist is not on the desk sometimes causing anxiety when you need to store your luggage in a timely manner as you need to catch a scheduled train 5. There is a lift making it easy for folks with luggage Don't Like: 1. Firstly you wont be easily able to find the hotel as the hotel name "Dream Hub" is just a small name plate outside the hotel door. Instead you would need to search for "Hotel Venice Hub" 2. The locality is very shady. There are people doing drugs outside hotel 3. Staff is not very cooperative 4. Cleaning and change of towels and linens happens once in two days 5. There is no kettle inside the room 6. No bathroom floor towel was provided . When asked for one , they kept saying they have not recieved laundry . 7. Lift is very very slow and has no light . Faster to walk upstairs then to take a lift

Last Las instalaciones son muy buenas, sin embargo, el personal no es nada amable y carecen de sensibilidad para el huésped, el primer día no tuvimos agua caliente y cuando pedí un papel sanitario, me dijeron que me darían otro hasta el día siguiente y en el baño no había ningún repuesto

El frigorífico de la habitación estaba bastante sucio, el lavamanos no funcionaba correctamente. Por las noches no parece tan segura ya que se juntan grupos de personas justo a lado del hotel. Se encuentra muy cerca de la estación de tren así como de paradas de autobuses, hay muchos comercios y restaurantes en la zona.

Für einen kuren Aufenthalt ist das Hotel in Ordnung. Die Einrichtung an sich war gut,allerdings hatten wir Schimmelbildung im Zimmer was uns sehr gestört hat störend haben wir auch die anferen Gäste empfunden, sie waren sehr laut.
