The location is the best thing about this place. It is down a quiet alley minutes from a lot of things. There are over 50 stairs to get up to the rooms though, just FYI. There is absolutely no view (from room #2 at least) and the bed/pillows are far from comfortable unfortunately. There was someone available to us every time we came or went during daytime hours which was nice. They were very responsive to messages as well. The breakfast was a selection of eggs, bacon, cheeses, meats, yogurt, cereal and some breads/pastries and was a great option to have.

This is such a hidden gem in Venice. Booked the property based on faith in the reviews and it did not disappoint. First, close proximity to St. Mark Square was prefect for attractions and many restaurants. The property was impeccably clean and the staff friendly. We would stay here again.

What an amazing hotel experience. We were greeted by a kind host who helped us with our luggage, gave information, and showed us to our room. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Breakfast was perfect and fresh. Overall an awesome experience, would highly recommend.

Perfect spot in San Marco

We had amazing three days here. Loved the room, and excellent bathroom. The breakfast each morning from 8-10am was absolutely to die for! Was so good! Highly recommend this place.

Great location

This hotel is tucked down a side street but only a few steps from the main shopping area in San Marco. Our host was very accommodating and very knowledgeable. Breakfast each morning with coffee pastries breads eggs. Loved our stay!!
