Our stay was magical in the Casanova Suite. Perfect experience from A to Z. Great breakfast in the room with the amazing view of the ponte dei sospiri. Raffaele was great at the room service, very friendly.

This was absolutely the best location. The hotel was lovely. Very clean and beautiful rooms. The best part was the breakfast included was room service every morning. Rafaele was extraordinary. He made our day. He was kind, welcoming and attentive. We will never forget how much he added to our stay.

The hotel was in a great location only a few minutes walk from St Marks Square with a lovely canal running right by the side of the property. Unfortunately the proximity of the canal and the bridge directly outside the door of the hotel sometimes means that entry and exit of the hotel is difficult as there are large tour groups that stand outside and don't seem to want to let you out of your own door. The staff at the hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the lady and man who do the breakfasts in the morning. The rooms are a good size and are really cleaned to a good level although the maintenance of them could do with a bit of work. One of our bedside lamps was falling off of the wall and the shower door handle was loose. All rooms (on our floor at least) were air conditioned and lovely and cool. The only thing other than maintenance wise that we had an issue with was the timing of breakfast. It runs from 7:30 - 10:30 which is great for most days, but some days you might need to get out early and there is not anywhere to get a coffee or breakfast nearby as cafes do not generally open until 8:00. They could do with getting a coffee machine with takeaway cups in the second floor bar and some takeaway pastries, croissants or doughnuts for guests to take with them. Other than that would really recommend.

This was a lovely hotel with many great restaurants within a few blocks. Easy to get to water transit, gondoliers going down the canal regularly, and close to St Mark's Square. Great breakfast delivered to your room.

So glad we booked this hotel!!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was the perfect location, close to everything. We stayed in a junior suite which was a large room with beautiful Venetian decor- we loved it!! The in room breakfast delivery was such a nice touch!

The property is conveniently located to attractions with its own landing dock, and we could see the Bridge of Sighs from our balcony. We felt very safe walking in the area. The staff was attentive to our needs, with very special thanks to Rafaelle. We definitely would stay there again!

Very central, friendly staff, big room, clean and quiet. Nice bed and shower. Breakfast served in the room was excellent. Mant restaurants nearby, including Rossopomodoro on the right corner, which is open later than others.

We had the junior suite with canal view and it was gorgeous! We actually spent extra time in the room because it was so nice. We loved opening the big window doors to the balcony and people watching with the gondola stop just below. And we could also open up all the windows and smell the sea and it was like you were half outside. And the in room breakfast was so lovely and fancy. All in all a wonderful stay.

Great quality for the price. Casanova Suite was nice and had a great view of the Bridge of Sighs. Not a 'suite' as might be expected, in terms of size - still very nice. Breakfast is delivered to the room - only option and it was just fine. Great location - quite and across from the best pizzeria in Venice m, Rosso Pomodoro!

Great little boutique hotel. Its on a canal that is busy and was noisy over the weekend. Like in America, teenage boys out cruising the canals with music blasting. The bed was squeaky and a bit firm for our comfort, but the room was large and very nice. The staff was excellent and very attentive. Breakfast is served each morning in your room, included in the price. It's very close to St. Mark's square and lots of shopping. You do have to drag your luggage from the taxi drop off point and lots of bridges to cross and most do not have ramps, so be prepared to drag your luggage up and down the stairs over the bridges. We did get a porter from the hotel to the taxi area, 35 euro for 4 bags and that was a much nicer transfer. We would stay there again, but plan on week days over the weekends.

Property is very nice and clean. There seems to be no AC in the room so we opened windows as it was too hot. That was a mistake,- mosquitoes got in right away even in early March. The front desk person didn’t have the repellent. But once we mentioned mosquitos to the person who was bringing breakfast, Rafael( might misspelled the name), he said, “just give me a minute” and he was right back with the repellent. He was just exceptional. Always smiling, supper helpful, and also got us a little gift, which was beyond sweet. Overall place is nice. It’s one block away from St. Marcos basilica so the crowed was there all the time, even at night and we were there off season.

Wonderful location and a very friendly staff puts this hotel high on my list. The room was very clean, complimentary breakfast was outstanding. The only negative was very low water pressure in bathroom sink, but I’m guessing that can be fixed! Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They secured our transportation to the glass factory and the boat back to the airport. The dock was right at the hotel making our return trip very pleasant. Rafael delivered breakfast to our room each morning. He was a great ambassador for both the hotel and Venice. Our food was fresh and hot, and he always had a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for the location near major points of interest and the professional staff that strives to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
