Room was nice and clean. Good public transit connection to Venice. We booked this hotel because they claimed to offer luggage storage. Prior to arrival we were informed that this service was not available, when we pointed out that it had listed in the amenities in Expedia they removed it from the listing. We ended up having to pay for a day of luggage storage elsewhere which was costly and inconvenient.

I stayed for two nights at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. First of all, there was no reception after 11 PM, which was a major inconvenience. Additionally, the cleanliness was subpar: the rooms were dusty, and the bedding (sheets, towels, and blankets) was poorly maintained. I felt like I was in a farmer's cabin rather than a professional hotel. I hope corrective measures will be taken to improve the experience for future guests

Terrible room, the air conditioner its a sound machine conected to the window, impossible to sleep with the noise it makes, the airconditioner and the plastic bag attached to the tube attached to the window for the air conditioner, can't describe enough....

Non ho valutato la colazione perché non l’ho fatta ma al bar si poteva scegliere varie cose. Ampio parcheggio e le fermate dei bus sono attaccate all’hotel che offre tutte le informazioni per spostarsi con i mezzi. Personale molto gentile . Bella Camera e pulita con ottimo materasso. Bagno con doccia e asciugamani di qualità. Assolutamente raccomandato.

Razoável. Eu e minha mãe ficamos duas noites, na segunda noite que chegamos não tinha recepcionista, entramos pela porta dos fundos que já estava aberta, sendo que o correto era colocar uma senha. Nesta mesma segunda noite ficamos com medo porque ouvimos gritos e depois tivemos que sair do quarto para pegar o lanche que que pedimos e essa mesma porta dos fundos estava totalmente aberta com a câmera caída no chão. Após a segunda à noite continuou sem ninguém na recepção, porta trancada inclusive, não pudemos tomar um café e nem comprar o ticket do ônibus. Então nos sentimos “sozinhas”. Mas quanto confortável, cama boa.
