The family room in the annex building was just what our family of 5 needed. The hotel is located in a convenient location with lots of restaurants. The staff was helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage onsite while we waiting for check in.

Best for location, From the hotel you are close to all restaurants and amenities, good price, a bit small but everything in Venice is small and narrow. Somehow from the description and photo( not said in description), leaves you with impression the room is got a balcony or a small deck, but there is none, its just a small patio on the ground floor with tables and chairs really good for morning coffee drinkers or smokers. The hotel gives you instructions before arrival how to find them and to get there, which is very helpful. Overall the hotel did the job for us, thank you,

Lovely staff who were incredibly helpful both beforehand over whatsapp with directions and letting us know about a public transport strike, and while we were staying there. Would absolutely stay there again. Convenient both to get to and to reacb the major sights and lovely restaurants and an amazinv cocktail bar less than 5 mins away.

This hotel exceeded our expectations for a 3 star room. It was great for what we needed. Only downside was the shower was a bit messy, otherwise it was in a quiet tucked away area and great! Would stay again!

The staff were kind and helpful and very knowledgeable. The room, small, lacked a place to put luggage and clothes, but as a old boutique hotel, not unexpected. We did have some trouble keeping the water in the shower area. Please know that this hotel is located in more of a residential area, so there will be noises in the morning and late evening as people pass by.

Americans Read

Just a few “buyers beware” tips, especially for Americans. The hotels.com site lists Air Conditioning as an amenity. That is inaccurate. They only have heat. We were advised to open the windows and close the shutters but the shutters wouldn’t close. The sounds of people talking and laughing in the street below went on until 1-2 AM. IF YOU CLOSE YOUR EYES, you will feel like your bed is in the middle of St. Mark’s Square. Also, if they tell you “breakfast will be brought to your room,” that actually means YOU must go downstairs to get it and eat it in your room. Bed not bad. Hotel safe and convenient. There is an additional hotel tax of 4 euros per person per day, payable IN CASH. Shower temp great but water pressure poor.

This place was amazing! The front desk lady was soooo nice and I loved that the bathroom was separate from the bedroom. It was clean, very central, and quiet. The next time I come back to Venice I will definitely be staying here again!!!
