We stayed here from Oct 9-11, 2025. The place is so clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. We were planning to stay in Venice but we were glad that we stayed in Murano instead. The place is only a ferry/boat away from Venice. Our room was clean, also they offer breakfast. We would come back here again.

Calm, quiet and clean

A small and pleasant little hotels hotel hidden close to the boats and restaurant, very accessible to reach. Friendly staff, good cleaning and breakfast included. Shower booth in our room was small and tight. We didn't hear any noise in the night. A pleasant, functional experience.

The hotel was in a nice quiet area. Very accommodating and helpful. Great way to wake up and enjoy a slower, quiet morning and then take an easy water taxi to Venice. The transportation back to Murano was easy in the evening after a nice walk.

At first I thought I made a mistake by booking a property on Murano Island away from the main tourist area in Venice, but I found the area quite refreshing after jostling around in bustling Venice most of the day. There were boat buses available that go to Venice every few minutes. It is very clean, quiet and I felt very safe walking around Murano. The hotel is quaint, clean, and has a delightful breakfast every morning for its occupants.

Lovely stay

Very silent accomodation place on Murano Island. It is not crowded like San Marco or others. Rooms were clean and enough. Fridge is not working properly but was not a problem. Staff was so kind and friendly and helpful.

This is a very charming and well-run hotel in a historic 500-year-old building. The staff is excellent, as is the included breakfast. The only caution is that it is on the island of Murano, which is separate from Central Venice. To get there, you have to take a boat, which is actually kind of fun. Also, to get to the airport, you have to drag your luggage about half a mile to a different wharf. But it’s all great and its own way. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon, it was a cute place with breakfast included that fit our needs while visiting Venice. The staff was amazing, shout out to Kristina who went out of her way to accommodate our late check in and greet us personally. We loved the location and price was perfect for our budget. We felt safe here and it was the perfect place to call home, if only for a few days.

The room was very nice, and pleasant views. The problem was we needed an early morning flight and check out. The gentleman at the desk never mentioned arrangements for water taxi to airport. We had difficulty arranging this on our own, adding stress to our stay. We found out that evening that the hotel can make those arrangements, too late to help us.

They divide and underestimate thier own customer. This hotell has not the 3 star quality to everybody. They have their own soap, but they gave us another regular soap. Small thing , but enough to understand how low minded they are.
