An adorable place overlooking canal. Our room had a window that opened right o er canal and although not all rooms do, there is a beautiful shared outdoor patio with flower boxes, tables and chairs overlooking the beautiful canal view. Very clean, very cosy and great staff with a breakfast imcluded!

Quaint rustic hotel right along the canal. Lots of character with old world charm. Our room had a window that looked onto the canal. Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was decent. Staff was very friendly and held our bags for the day after checkout for no cost. I will choose this hotel again on my next trip to Venice.

Amazing stay

Lovely quaint cheap hotel in the middle of the chaos that is venice .manager very friendly . Room small but adequate. Ask for room 5 as it has a bathroom and a lovely window view of the canal . A small balcony seating area which catches the late afternoon sun . Would recommend this to anyone on a budget

Be aware, you are paying for a basic hotel, room 4 had en suite bathroom and air con and no tv or drink making facilities and no fridge. I believe some rooms may have a shared bathroom. Breakfast is included, but is very basic but fine. Very clean, quiet and staff very helpful. Remember, you only need this to get your head down at night, you will be out exploring all day/evening. Very good base to stay !! You get what you pay for. We loved it as it served our purpose!!!!

The hotel is clean and the shared bathroom is also new on our building's second floor. The breakfast doesn't offer a huge variety but good enough, including fresh pastries and eggs, offered in a cozy room. It was overall a lovely hotel, and with the very affordable price, a very competitive offer in Venice. However, the doors are absolutely poor in sound proof and many people just don't know how to gently close their room/bathroom doors. Therefore, the shared bathroom setting makes constant noises at bed time and in the morning unavoidable which should be taken account of while booking.

Welcoming staff was very helpful and informative. Had difficulty time locating the property. Would be great if there was a detailed description on how to get from the train station to the location. Might recommend taking the T-2 train to Belfiore stop. Goggle maps continued to give us bad information, we spent an hour walking in circles!
