The receptionists were always attentive and kind. The room was clean and we were able to enjoy our trip as the location was only a few minutes from the Venice S. Maria station.

Danza Biennale trip!

The hotel was lovely. I had a nice room with air conditioning, a comfortable bed and a great shower! Also very quiet. The staff at reception were very friendly a kind. I would definitely stay there again.

I booked this hotel because of the location and photos on the web. I was choked when I arrived to she over 20 steps to access to the entry to the hotel( no photos or any info on the web about it ). I was travelling with my 80 years old mother and I was trying to avoid stairs at all cost. And I had to go all the way up with the heavy luggage. There was a lift to the room after another 8/9 steps more. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is one of the first coming into Venice from the bus or train station. There are many food options close by. The rooms are small, but clean and have a private bathroom.

I liked its location. Very convenient. Close to everything. Nice and quiet. Luckily I had just a carry-on suitcase, as you had to climb about 20-25 steps to get to lobby.

The property is at a very convenient location. Close to the train station. However, the room is very dated and small. The shower area is very small and doesn't have a door so the bathroom got wet after you showered. Quite messy. The staff are polite. The breakfast choices are typical.

Hotel located approx. 5 minute walk from main train station. Arrived at property and like some other reviews stated was advised that we were staying at the other property located about a minute walk away. Had to carry luggage up stairs due to no elevator. Lots of young adults staying during our time and were sometimes a bit loud. Room was nice and adequate and suited our needs for the two night stay.

We arrived to the hotel before our room was ready, so we left our bags and started exploring Venice. We came back to the hotel at 6:30pm and were surprised at the fact that they were sending us to another building, not the one in the pictures. This other building had no front desk, no proper ventillation, and had a broken bed. We were told that the main hotel (the one in the pictures) is for large groups and for families, they use another location. This is not specified anywhere on hotels .com. Therefore, I want to make a formal complaint on the fact that we were taken to another hotel, not the one we reserved on hotels .com, and the front desk said nothing to us when we first arrived in the morning. Had they been clear, we wouldve been able to find another hotel.

i never write reviews but i couldn’t help to write one for this place. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Staff is horrible and rude. My mom and i were unsure how to use the vending machine cause they had no buttons and had two connected, when we asked the lady at the front she was very rude about it and said something like “it’s very simple” and didn’t bother to show us and instead another person staying at the hotel helped us. So ridiculous. We also stayed right beside the staff area and they were extremely loud in the morning waking us up at about 7-8am which was very annoying and rude considering we were tired and wanted to sleep. Lastly, you have to get up/down a huge flight of stairs to enter so if you have big suitcases good luck! it was just my mom and i and all three men we're staring at us without asking if we needed help while we were struggling . Every other hotel we’ve been to they have helped us and been nicer. i would never stay here again and would not recommend anyone else! The people working should be ashamed of themselves.
