Great front desk folks as they are open 24 hours and kept our luggage while we are away. They are very knowledge able about the surrounding restaurants, especially the vaporetto timings (ferry/boat) and they called and booked a table for us, as they are such a nice people. I can stay again just because of the front desk folks.
