Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory, but not enough vegetarian options. The location was great as the bus to Piazza Roma (the main transport hub) was just outside the hotel. Being able to buy the bus tickets from reception also made it very convenient. The hotel staff explained the route and the bus times were displayed clearly.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was Super small. There was no place to put shampoo or soap in the shower-no shower shelves. There is an elevator and parking garage. Breakfast was good. The staff was polite and helpful! Location was very nice. About a 15 min. bus ride to Venice. Buy the tickets at the guest services.

The hotel is very close to Venicia without the craziness. Room was great. Nice large shower with hot water. AC was very cold. Breakfast was larger then expected. Very good service.

This was a lovely, affordable hotel in a fabulous location very close to the Fusina ship terminal (10 min away). We had one day to explore Venice so we booked this modest hotel but in reality they treated us like 5 star guests. We were so pleasantly surprised at all the amenities we had. They truly thought of all the basics that met our needs. The hotel reception staff was outstanding. Very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The rooms small (typical of Italy) but were very quiet and clean. Hot water. Comfortable bed, fridge and security safe. It was called the Matrimonial suite. There was a morning breakfast buffet for $10 Euros. Well worth it —offering a good variety of breakfast items. It was convenient. The work staff were efficient and they offered excellent service. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. $3 Euros round trip to Venice. Took 20 min to get from mainland to Venice proper where all the tourists and action is. Once again super convenient and the public transportation was amazing. Huge clean modern buses with AC. We took the bus back at 10 pm. It was very safe. There were vending machines in the hotel for snack and water. Another bonus. They truly thought of everything. So if you’re looking for a very reasonably priced hotel for a few days - I highly recommend Hotel Palladio. Especially for those taking cruises. They help arrange for you to take a shuttle directly to the terminal. $20 per person. We would go back. The price point was great.

We stayed one night in Hotel Palladio but it was very nice and comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our check in was quite smooth too. Public transportation was convenient as there was a bus stop nearby. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean.

This a great place to stay when visiting Venice, it is clean, comfortable, updated, delicious buffet, efficient and helpful staff. The bus to Venice stops right across the street and on the way back it stops right in front of the hotel. Dining options are limited but the front desk will gladly order for you from restaurants in the area, they love to help. I will definitely come back, I highly recommend it.

We had to stay there at the last minute because the our original hotel canceled at the last minute. They were great! We only stayed there one night, but the staff was so helpful and friendly. We only had approximately 6 hours to spend in Venice. I wish I could remember the name of the young woman at the front desk. She mapped everything for us. Walked across the street to get to bus that took us directly to Venice and even told us what time to be back to pick up luggage in order to make it on time for the train to Florence. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and well looked after, the staff were very helpful and polite. There was breakfast available in the morning although we didn’t try it. We couldn’t find anywhere nearby to buy groceries, somewhere on site would have been great. Also a bar on site would have been most welcomed.

Highly recommended for Venice tourists

Overall the stay was very good. The hotel is nicely located at just 20 mins away from Venice and 10 mins from Mestre station. The hotel is very nearly to the bus stop and well connected by public transport. What pleased us the most is the warm and helpful nature of the hotel staff. They were very friendly, helped us with the city tax, bus tickets, guiding us with the map. They were excellent. So, I have given one extra star just for their hospitality. Also, we strongly recommend paying 9 EUR extra for the hotel buffet breakfast. Really nice breakfast. Otherwise, everything met our expectation and it is nicely place to stay for family or couples visiting Venice.

Perfect place for a quick visit to Venice

We knew that we had just one evening in Venice and we wanted a hotel that provided convenient access and gave us a comfortable place to sleep and a good breakfast in the morning. This place did all of that. First the people: the hotel personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. They sold us bus tickets which gave us access to all Venice public transportation for the day. We simply walked across the street and caught the bus into Venice. We spent the evening there and caught one of the last busses back to the hotel. We enjoyed a comfortable night of sleep and woke up to a good breakfast with plenty of options including bread, fruit, meat, cheese and eggs. Coffee was also very good. We then were on our way to our next place.
