I spent one evening at this hotel. The staff are very helpful and send a message after booking clearly explaining amenities and policies. If you arrive early, they will stow bags in the hallway adjacent to the front desk but it is not locked. The hotel is centrally located. Just a 5 minute walk to the Basilica of San Marco and the Grand Canal. Also a quick walk to the Rialto. The rooms are clean, there is a refrigerator, and the bathrooms look recently upgraded, but the rooms and hallways are dated. The wallpaper of my room looked like it has suffered leaks over a long period of time. There is breakfast, but I didn't get to try it as I had a very early flight on the day of departure. There are nice restaurants next door and a Spar market to pick up quick meals and snacks.

The location to water taxi’s with luggage a jaunt. Newer wing was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was continental. Michelangelo Was super friendly and helpful.

This was the best hotel we stayed in our European vacation. It was clean, spacious, and staff was great plus it’s a straight 5 minute walk to St Marks Cathedral

We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is near so many things we could just walk most of our time in Venice. The rooms were quiet and decorated with traditional Venetian decor. The breakfast was solid and staff were friendly.

Convenient hotel

Location of this hotel is very convenient once you're in it. All worked well and suited us. You can see the room and everything if you go to youtube and search for karlmarkinternational and the hotel. Breakfast is a bit hectic and in a small room so you may have to wait in line to get a seat.

The hotel was really well located and the staff welcomed us in a very friendly way. The rooms were a bit old and we got a room in the main floor so there was a bit of noise in the morning and late at night but it was perfect for a short stay
