The room was very nice. Nice furniture. Good shops nearby. Staff was very friendly, esp. Julius and ladies at the front. They gave us easy and quick directions. It was a very good location for sightseeing. The reception staff were all kind and easy to talk to. I was worried that there was no elevator, but they helped me carry my suitcase up and down the stairs so it was no problem. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was enjoyable.

This is a very nice hotel for those seeking a bit of old world charm, and with minimal luggage. NO ELEVATOR. They are happy to help haul the luggage but you have to haul yourself. Good breakfast; also they can store luggage. Really close to St mark’s square, cathedral, doge’s palace. Near the Rialto water taxi stop. Consider it!

This hotel is situated about a 5 minute walk from the both the Rialto bridge and San Marco Square. So location is perfect for those two tourist hot spots. Close to many great restaurants and shopping. The hotel check in was excellent with a knowledgeable and polite clerk who gave us directions to the area as well as recommendations for area restaurants for dinner. There is no elevator (lift) at this multi storey hotel, however the staff will assist you with your bags without asking. The room quiet and clean with a beautiful chandelier for lighting, and a decorative headboard. The room was cozy. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet. Your room key is a standard type door key with a heavy brass pendant. The hotel requests when you go out to leave your key at the front desk. The breakfast was exceptional with many breakfast and even lunch type items, a selection of juices, pastries, coffee/espresso, and fresh cut up fruit. This is a charming hotel with lots of character. We would definitely stay here again.

Well located, very friendly staff with useful suggestions and very much accommodating about leaving our luggage at the property after check out which is becoming a bit rarer in such touristic locations. Breakfast was excellent. The room a bit tight for three guests but still sufficient.

Alyssia and the breakfast staff were fantastic, making you feel welcome. The hotel location is perfectly situated between St Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge, making it easy to access the vaporetto. Staff provided directions and suggestions when asked. The breakfast spread had a large assortment to meet the American, Italian, English or German diet. The hotel room was humid, even with the AC on. It was quite hot when we were there, so we used our fans at night. I would stay here again on my return
