We had a wonderful stay. The staff were welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. The hotel was very clean, and its location made it easy to walk to all the main sights. We truly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend this place.

It was hot one night and AC didn’t cool enough, also no help with our luggage to carry to our room; that would have been nice. Ok stay…probably wouldn’t book again. The staff on day we left was very helpful so that was a plus.

Good location, room was quite small but had kettle with some coffee, if you wanted the nespresso you had to pay extra for the pods. Good air conditioning but no view from room and was a little noisy in the morning as they set up breakfast. Drains in our bathroom were a bit smelly on last evening. No complimentary water, you had to pay in reception to fill your water bottle. Breakfast was fine, plenty of choice.

This hotel is magnificent. The building is over a 10 centuries old but very well renovated while keeping its charm. It felt like being at home. The staff are very kind and friendly. The location is just perfect at a short walk from the Rialto bridge and a minute from the Grand Canal. There is a great restaurant and terrasse right in front with great food, amazing for a calm relaxing time. Thank you for the memorable time.

Small hotel, approximately 8 rooms. Stayed in July 2026. Friendly, helpful staff. Family of 4 in ‘Leather’ room. Bunk bed for kids, fine for 12 and under. Room a little small for 4, but made it work. Update design. Clean rooms. Faced out to square. Room service daily to tidy up room. Breakfast included; coffee machine. eggs, bacon, toast, yogurt, fruit, deli meats and cheese. Good location, short walk to Rialto bridge. Less than 15 minute walk to train station. Negatives: breakfast average, prepared vs fresh. Shower doors and shallow base creates leaking.

Nice hotel in a nice location

Very nice hotel in a great location, conveniently walkable to all key sites with 20mins. Not too far from bus stations either from airport or/and towns. Lovely rooms, basic breakfast but we’re only there for the nights as we were only there for a couple of nights. Would recommend this place as its in a nice quieter location than the main attractions.

This was a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. We were close to everything on a quiet square. The hot tub was great after a day of walking. Breakfast was simple but fresh in a very nice room. I would recommend this place to anyone.

A quaint small hotel in keeping with other properties in Venice. It was an in an ideal location for all the attractions and especially for the water transport...only 100 metres away. Our room was small, the fireplace suite but was suitable for our three night stay. All in all, a very nice stay with the staff all very helpful and friendly.

Very cute property. Rooms were spacious, high ceiling & had all the amenities needed. While breakfast was included, it was a true continental breakfast with only cold options. Would stay again, remembering to plan for breakfast.

We loved our stay here and hope to be back again soon! Venice is truly magical. We started our honeymoon here and then headed on a cruise to Greece. We spent three nights in one of the upgraded rooms with the hot tub. Location was perfect and it was so nice having the hot tub. I think only complaint was the thin/not comfy pillows but that seems to be standard in Europe, lol. Great staff and place!

This is Venice.

In spite of the room location in the hotel (we had a view of the wall of the building adjacent) we had an excellent experience at this hotel. Room was comfortable and breakfast was adequate. We were not there to spend time our room anyway.
