An adventure in Venice

Wifi did not work on iPhone devices. Wifi worked poorly on other devices Service was good. Breakfast was good Locality was great. Down the road from the grand canal and Rialto bridge.

Hej Location location!! Området är galet mysigt. Rummen stora och funktionella. Budget budget. Men är man inställd på att det är otroligt simpelt så är det super charmigt med de sneda golven med hål i.. AC fungerade i ett av våra rum, safteybox fungerade bara i ett av rummen. Frukosten simpel men god. Personalen lite avvaktande men rara. SAN Silvestro torget och området runt var ljuvligt mysigt och underbart. Boendet ligger ovanpå en krog så på lördagen var det party med levande musik. Nära fanns restauranger och båt och buss taxi.

Amazing Location!

When we landed we didn’t have WiFi so I had missed emails from the hotel informing me of the door code. So when we arrived we couldn’t get in for ages which was frustrating, then when we did, it was a Skype check in, which we were a bit unsure about as we have never done that before. But after that the overall stay was good. Room had good facilities, if you need just a room to sleep in, in Venice stay here! The location is fantastic. Next to the Rialto bridge, close to San Marco, and not too far walk to train station. The Rialto bridge is packed with other tourists all day, but you are so Close that if you go out at 7am the bridge can be empty for some lovely photos. We walked everywhere including dosoduro, Arsenale etc, so very impressed with location. Also nice breakfast in the morning, croissant hot drink and juice, that you can enjoy in your room, which was a bonus! And friendly helpful staff.

Quarto número 1 horrível

Check-in horrível, funcionária desagradável. Quarto número 1 horrível, pior quarto que já dormi até hoje, muito barulhento, chuveiro com pouca pressão, cheiro a esgoto, TV não funcionava, telemóvel não apanha rede, Wifi do hotel não acessível, frigorifico do quarto com restos de comida de outros hóspedes. Até escovinha de limpar sanita estava partida. Minha esposa estava com medo de dormir no quarto porque realmente é assustador. Nem experimentei o pequeno-almoço que estava incluído porque não me inspirou confiança. O único ponto positivo é a localização, 5 estrelas, a 1 minuto da ponte Rialto. Quando vejo pessoas a dar avaliações superiores a 1 estrela leva me a pensar que os outros quartos são superiores ao número 1. Por isso que estou a avaliar o quarto e não o hotel em geral.

Gutes Hotel, für 1-2 Nächte

Sehr sauber, klein aber fein. Wir waren zufrieden,wenn man nur 1-2 Nächte bleiben möchte. Der Hinterhof ist nämlich durch Touristen die durchlaufen sehr belebt, auch Nachts. Es ist schön zentral, das man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen kann.

La stanza al piano terra era piena di muffa, non solo le pareti ma anche alcune travi erano bagnate da perdite di acqua, condizioni pessime. Il letto foderato di stoffa era macchiato nella parte inferiore. Lo scarico del bagno mal funzionante, nonché il porta asciugamani cadeva ogni qualvolta si prendeva un asciugamano. La tv ha un solo canale. Ovviamente dalle foto inserite su expedia tutto questo non si nota, ciò che non capisco è come facciano a vendere una stanza in queste condizioni! Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile, la posizione della struttura era eccellente.

Best secret gem just a skip from the Grand Canal

By far, hands down the best location. The beds are a bit hard and old, but the amazing service, breakfast and location make up for it. We will be back!!

Muy céntrico

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado se encuentra a 2 minutos del ponte de rialto. No hay personal, sólo un chico por la mañana que hace todo ,atiende prepara el desayuno, limpia y hace el check out, además es super majo y atiende muy bien. La habitación era muy oscura no llegaba el WiFi y tampoco había cobertura de teléfono móvil, las paredes tenían manchas enorme de humedad casi parecía la habitación de una película del terror. Pero al final bien. Para pasar un fin de semana en Venecia está bastante bien, igual por el tipo de habitación el precio efectivamente era un poco caro 142 dos noches.

La ubicación lo salva, es excelente, aunque una cosa es la imagen Antigua y otra la falta de mantenimiento, el piso está muy deteriorado y algunas manchas en la pared. Cama y baño limpio. Personal muy amable. Opción buena si no alcanza el presupuesto para algo mejor.

Hôtel très bien placé. Confort, simplicité, tout ce qu'il faut. Vous marcherez quelques mètres en sortant de l'hôtel et aurez accès directement aux gondoles et au grand canal. En marchant encore le long de la rive vous profiterez du pont rialto. La situation de votre logement vous permettra de vous déplacer à pied dans tous les quartiers de Venise. Bon séjour

Struttura ideale per vivere Venezia nel cuore

Esperienza positiva. Siamo partiti con la prenotazione 5 mesi prima trovando un ottimo prezzo per la struttura. In pratica a 20 metri c'è il ponte di rialto e la fermata del vaporetto S. Silvestro che con la linea 1 ci si arriva facilmente sia da piazzale Roma che da san Marco. Colazione in camera essenziale ma suggestiva. Unica nota stonata il materasso a molle non è il massimo del confort, ma questo è un mio parere soggettivo.
