Was a lovely stay , 20 minute walk to San Marco Square which is a must see. Venice is magical you'll be paying for it especially dining on the Grand Canal ....eating a little inland is cheaper but most of us are visiting for the Grand experience!! For those who love shopping it's wonderful. I suggest visiting the small island of Murano for blown glass and Burano for colorful houses !!

Beautiful view right on canal. Wonderful location. Fun staying in this Impressive old former palace (I believe). Parts have not been restored, but it’s easy to overlook that when you get to stay in this historic site.

Great location. Stayed in the Suite Aurora, an exceptionally quiet and comfortable lodging. Cristina, Fernando, and the rest of the staff we interacted with during our 5-night stay provided outstanding hospitality and service. Dined at the small in-house restaurant. Elaborate and intimate setting with excellent food (best of five restaurants we sampled during our stay). The gentleman who served us (forgot his name) was highly professional and knowledgeable in both food and wine. Would definitely stay again.

If you want the real Venetian experience, stay here! Excellent staff, rooms, food, and location. You feel like you stepped back in history the minute you enter the plaza to walk the narrow streets and path to the hotel.
