great location. would have loved a bit bigger fridge, and a shelf in the bathroom to put get ready stuff on, and directions how to use the coffee maker, we nor another room could figure it out, but everything was great! Clean, great location, great communication on questions with host too! I would definatly stay here again!!!!!
Amazing location, easy to get to all the attractions. Very cute balcony. The room was very large. The bed and pillows were quite firm and the shower drain was plugged. If you’re here for a short stay, this place gets the job done!
We had room #3. Great location and spacious room with a scenic canal view. Little noisy but ok with doors closed. It's safe, but be ready to enter 4 different codes at 4 different doors before you are finally in your room. Overall recommended stay in Venice.

Liked: Cleanliness
Large bathroom and shower in a pretty room. Property faces away from Rialto so it is very quiet at all times excepr when the occasional reveler comes home. The apartment is on the third floor so there are a lot of steps.
One of the main highlights of our trip was this beautiful flat in Venice. Great canal views from the two balconies. Very spacious and comfortable. Entry was quiet, safe and well appointed. The location was ideal being very close to Rialto Bridge but also off a quiet street not too heavily trafficked. We have already and will continue to recommend d this place to friends and family who visit Italy.
It is a lovely big ensuite room right in the heart of Venice with two balconies overlooking the canal. It is not a hotel so there is no breakfasts but there was mention of tea and coffee facilities however it seems that you have to buy the tea and coffee in order to use them!

Disliked: Staff & service
Not so good service
The place is ok in average but the issue is with the service. The place did not provide SOAP at all and when the TOILET PAPER is running low, we were told to "GET IT IN THE NEARBY MARKET". We are not talking about lux or fancy items. We are talking about basic necessities. I will stay at the hotel next time.
This room is in desperate need of heavy maintenance. The furniture in the room is hanging by a thread, floors and walls were filthy, mildew in the shower, broken folding chair in the room, the awning over the bed was coated in dust. The linens were stained. I would not recommend this property.
This hotel noted that it did not have a front desk. We were required to contact the hotel the day before our arrival. We attempted to contact the hotel using the phone # that was listed but it did not work. I called Expedia and they also were unable to reach the hotel. After spending about 1 ½ hours on the phone with Expedia, they were finally able to reach the hotel by email. I was required to pay the Tourist Tax up front (note that the Tourist Tax is supposed to be paid at the end of the stay]. They charged us E40, but based on their doc, we should only been 18 euros for a 6 nt stay. Apparently, the extra euros charged were for electricity, water & final cleaning. We knew the hotel had no lift, but the photos showed a fridge and coffee maker in the room.. When we arrived, we discovered that you had to climb 37 steps. This was not noted anywhere on their description. The curtains were dirty, the furniture was dusty - not fresh and clean like the pictures. There was no coffee maker in the room and the fridge did not work. The bed was lumpy, the sheets were scratchy. The night before check out, we recved an email saying that we were req to remove the trash and deliver it to a drop off location. I have never stayed in a place where I had to remove the trash. The only thing I can say is that this hotel was located in a great area, close to everything. Other than that….stay away from this place. It was extremely dirty.
