Excellent- convenient for Venice

Stayed here for 2 nights and wish we had made it 3. Would highly recommend this place. We were blown away by the warm reception we received. The breakfast offer was also a pleasant surprise. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you into Venice. Don’t drive into Venice - parking is ridiculously expensive and not conveniently located.

Alles. Die Unterkunft war top. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, wir hatten es sogar aufs Zimmer bekommen. Ganz toll. Ein großer Vorteil des Hotel ist auch die Bushaltestelle nach Venedig- unschlagbar. Alles in allem ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen

Overall a good stay.

The villa is very nice, location is not so good but still a walking distance from the village. The food was very good we had for dinner. The room was a little too cold in October during our stay, the heating was not working. Very clean and smells good in the room. Air conditioning of the kitchen do not work well which makes that the hotel smells restaurant during evening time. Overall we had a good stay.

Found this Gem on Expedia and was so pleased we did. everything from pre travel communication through to check out was first rate. Excellent attentive staff. Lovely room and setting 20-30 minute bus ride from Venice. The busses run regularly and are very cheap in comparison to the U.K. Breakfast was excellent too. Not sure about Dinner as we spent all our time in Venice but if the rest of our experience was anything to go by I'm guessing that would have been first class too. If we visit Venice again we will definitely be looking to stay here.

Not a good hotel for location and also would not class it as a 5* hotel. More like 3* and also at night you can hear traffic going past whilst trying to sleep and the rooms arent sound proof you can hear everything next door.

The hotel room was cool, but thats about it. Restaurant was terrible for dinner and there is NOTHING...and I mean nothing in the surrounding area. 1 bar and a couple of restaurants that are a difgicult walk on a busy highway with no sidewalk.
