Alice et Marco nous ont tres bien accueillis dans leur jolie B&B. Notre chambre avec vue sur le canal etait magnifique. Dans un endroit calme et paisible toute en etant proche de la place st marc ! Je recommande vivement !

Все очень понравилось !прибыли мы очень поздно, после 22:00 . Хозяин апартаментов Марко нас ждал, все любезно показал и рассказал, участвовал в решении всех вопросов, варил кофе, общался, давал советы по поводу мест посещения и все прошло замечательно ! Когда вновь вернёмся в Венецию , обязательно остановимся у него вновь ❤️

Staying here was a great way to see what it must feel like to live in an authentic Venetian household. This was a charming, quiet, well kept bed and breakfast. The owners were very pleasant and accommodating. We had an issue with our bathroom the day we arrived but they did everything they could to fix it quickly. Admittedly, we were not in the room very much, we spent every moment we could outside exploring the wonderful city. But these accommodations were very reasonable and comfortable and we would absolutely stay again should we ever make it back to Venice!

Alice and Marco were so accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. They were off of an easily accessible vaparetto and were close to a grocery store where we were able to pick up a few things we needed and were much cheaper than in the large tourist areas.

vero bed&breakfast, silenzioso, confortevole come lo può essere una casa non recente di Venezia (solo una camera su tre ha un bagno privato); persone disponibili e accoglienti, che danno la sensazione di essere ospiti e non turisti da spennare. E' una rarità in posti come questi. La posizione è molto buona, vicina alla mitica piazza, ma lontana quanto basta per essere completamente fuori dal caos. Notte silenziosa. Bella vista dalla finestra. Prezzo onesto, direi buono.

部屋は広々つかえ、清潔でとても快適

初めてのB&B利用でしたが、予想以上に快適に過ごすことができました。サンマルコ広場からも近く、ベネチア内の移動や食事、ショッピングにもロケーションは最適。ベネチアは歩くのには分かりにくい街ですが、事前にオーナーからメールと地図が送られてくるので、到着時は比較的楽にB&Bにたどり着くことができました。シカゴから来た若い夫婦と朝食時に話をしたのですが、その方たちは友人に勧められてこのB&Bを選んだとのことでした。

A True Gem

My wife and I stayed in several 3-4 star hotels on our recent trip to Italy, and this B&B was our favourite! Our room was clean and our window had striking views of a canal and the surrounding buildings. A real treat! The location within Venice is very central. We took the Alilaguna water bus from the airport to San Zaccahria, and it was just a five minute walk to the B&B from there. Once at the B&B you are only a five minute walk from San Marco Square and the Bridge of Sighs. It's excellent! The breakfast here is nice -- fruit, yogurt, croissants, cereal, tea/coffee. Marco even offered to make us cappuccinos one morning! Marco and Alice ensure your room is well-stocked: wine glasses, tea bags and kettle, even plates and cutlery down the hall in a closet reserved for guests. So you can easily make use of the grocery store down the road and bring lunch/dinner up to your room (a true boon for those of us who find Venice to be a bit expensive). Most of all, Alice and Marco are very nice and welcoming, you feel very safe and cared for under their watch. I heartily recommend staying here!

Votre orientation du site hotel.com m'a induite en erreur ; je pensais trouver un hôtel. Nous avons cherché trop longtemps, temps perdu. Accueil très chaleureux, propreté irréprochable, petit déj correct(manque muesli et jambon). Nos hôtes ont été de bons conseillers touristiques. A recommander.

Stay with the locals

This was a lovely B&B run by a local family that lives upstairs. Comfy room, clean shared bathroom and coffee and pastries for breakfast. The owners gave some great recommendations for sight seeing outside of the tourist crush. We actually ran into them one night out socializing in s local restaurant. The location is perfect.
