We stayed at this hotel for two nights, very memorable. Staff is truly amazing. They’re always very eager to help with any questions and accommodations. The rooms are beautiful. We got a free upgrade and champagne. One of the best experiences in Venice. We will definitely be going back. Thank you staff for making it so memorable and amazing.

Amazing property in the heart of Venice. With its private pier, it allows guests to allow fuzz free and in style away from the crowds. This also offers a beautiful way to experience the grand canal as you first enter Venice and as you bid farewell to this beautiful city. The rooms were gorgeously and tastefully decorated, showcasing the rich Venetian heritage. The service from hotel staff was immaculate.

This hotel was fabulous. Met all of our expectations and beyond. Loved the friendly and attentive staff. Rooms were like taking a step back in time with fabric covered walls and lavish drapes. Loved the sitting area outside my room. Our family gathered there several times. Lovely breakfast and beautiful courtyard. Would definitely recommend highly and would love to stay there again. Great location.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent. But…Our room was on the top floor and we had this gorgeous marble bathroom and a shower that basically didn’t work. The water pressure was so poor that I had to wash my hair in the sink. And only the hot water worked in the shower so there was trickle of scalding hot water that was hardly enough to rinse off soap. I told the staff but they said there was nothing they could do. It was disappointing

We lived in grand suite grand canal view with balcony. Love the balcony that we can enjoy the view on 3 direction. Room is nice love the decoration, bathroom is big but the bath tub is little bit clogged. Staff is professional, and friendly. The breakfast is ok ,it does not match the price, Expedia said we only need to pay city tax on site, but actually there will be an additional service charge in the bill.
