"Incredible view of the canal. Worth it to book just for that. Location was perfect. Very short walk to the vaporetto station. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Away from tourist areas - very chill. Apartment was huge. Separate tub and shower was convenient. Property was on the top floor and there is an elevator, however it is very tiny (maybe fits two people max). So if you are claustrophobic, be ready for a lot of stairs. "

"Stayed her Jan 2-5, 2024. Irene was kind, helpful and meet us at the boat taxi stop and walked us to the apartment. The place is about a 15 minute walk to the San Marco and the Rialto. Yet far away enough to feel like a local. I highly recommend this place."
