Charming Beach Bungalow in Midtown ++
- Our sweet Bungalow gives you an ideal getaway from the everyday world. The property sleeps up to 6 and is centrally located to stores and restaurants. Ideal for a couple or family, use it as a home base for while you enjoy some of what this beautiful area has to offer. We have a full kitchen, fast internet/cable tv and a beautiful backyard with gas grill for outdoor dining and hanging out. The detached garage can be an office, a writer's retreat, or a kids' space. We are less than a mile from the beach and right in the heart of Midtown. Come explore the beauty of our landscape and the chill vibe of our community. Note: Per City ordinance, quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Also per City Ordinance, Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Base price is for 2 person occupancy. Above 2 guests, there is a $20/guest/night fee. This fee is already reflected in the price you are seeing. Price includes 10% Ventura Lodging Tax. Ventura STVR Permit #2279.
