Hotel Location a few blocks from malecón near the Harbor. Excellent secure onsite parking. Manager of hotel was kind enough to allow a move to a better room due to a stiff mattress. Very accommodating- no extra charge.

What a disappointment

It was a pity our stay in this hotel. We had stayed a long time ago and never had an issue here. However, this time the staff was not welcoming, incredibly rude and did not understand a sensitive situation regarding my niece, who is a minor.

Excelente ubicación e instalación, pero la atención en recepción no fue tan cordial como esperaba. Una de las toallas estaba muy gastada y delgada. Considero que por ser un edificio con muchos años, se escucha mucho ruido. La habitación muy bien y el baño muy amplio.

Es un lugar donde tengo mas de 30 años visitandolo, es tranquilo, cerca del mar , cerca del malecon. El Lugar es limpio, lo que no me gusta es que las recepcionistas son poco amables y no sonrien.

Los servicios y la infraestructura buena, solo que el personal(el que recibe los carros, la gente que atiende en el mostrador, demasiado mala), te hacen cambiar de humor. Uno después de trabajar en el consultorio viene a descansar con mi esposa y no se vale..Tal vez no vuelva a ir a ese lugar. BUENAS NOCHES
