"Very nice, well kept condo in Browne's Addition, the most historic area of Spokane! This urban neighborhood has a lot of character, and it's fairly safe. Pretty quiet too considering it's in the city. Great restaurants and nice grocery store within 2 blocks. Some of the best pizza, and Italian food you'll ever eat! Parks, museum nearby as well. Easy parking on the street in front of the building. Only suggested improvement I would recommend to the host would be to replace some of the pots...

"The property was well kept and the beds were comfortable. The swimming pool was too cold to swim in and we were disappointed because we had gotten this property for that reason. However the owners were extremely nice and helpful. "
