"Best trip ever, everything was amazing."

"Beautiful Building, great location, friendly staff. I stayed in a group room and it was clean and had a nice window to the street. Bring all your own toiletries, an extra towel and a lock to close the roomy in-room locker. My car was brought to and from the lot by a valet with very little wait time-the parking was pricey but worth it in DTLA. The valets told me to take everything out of the car as the lot is not that secure. My vehicle escaped any trouble in the 24 hours I was there. Great place to stay in LA!!"

"The staff was supper friendly, valet took care of me! Only thing I would say is the rooms got a couple broken cabinets but that didn’t affect me whats so ever. I had a good stay here very easy to walk to universal "

"Elevators hardly worked, rooms showing age. Staff nice, pool great. Restaurants fantastic. The location is fine, but record numbers of homeless and mentally ill walking the streets. Be safe after dark. Super noisy due to Hollywood Boulevard being used as a racetrack. "
