"breakfast fresh but basic. hotel in general clean with nice rooms. but our room apparently was a smoking room previously or someone illegally smoked in their prior to us because the smoke smell was very strong."

"Nice beds and linens, sink outside of bathroom, looks to be newly renovated with artwork updated. Could hear airplanes but ok with white noise machine brought from home. The light from parking lot window was annoying and the curtain was too short to block it out. There are like 4-5 buildings in the hotel all connected together. Some are in parking lot are parks for flight from MKE . Enjoyed Oscars frozen custard you can drive to without getting on highway."

"The bedroom was not cleaned. Next to the bed on the floor was a spoon, a playing card, a used bandage, and coffee cup lid. There was hair in the tub. It just was not cleaned well at all. I talked to the front desk people and they apologized, but that was it. The breakfast was okay but they ran out of plates and no one filled them for a while so people had to wait. The front lobby has some games for families to play, so that was nice. The pool and hot tub were also nice. "

"Overall was a plesent experience, except we could not control the temperture in the room, so the weekend we had an abnormally warm day for the time of year, but when we tried to manage the hvac unit in our room all we got was warm air out the the vents, at one point the room was up to 75 degrees, when we talked tot he hotel about the concern, we were told, "i would like to clarify that our air conditionins system operates on a neutral setting and does not provide direct cooling." their solution was to open the window for cooler air flow but then we had outside city noise to contend with that evening. "

"Mostly 5 Stars but the hot tub , although hot, was not very bubbly. Weak jets. "
