"Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes...

"Die Unterkunft von Roy und Daniela ist außergewöhnlich, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für das tägliche Leben braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin Maria T. war problemlos. Sie reagierte sehr zeitnah auf alle Anfragen und gab sehr gute Tipps und Empfehlungen. Alles in allem waren alle Familienmitglieder vollauf zufrieden!"
