"It was such a wonderful experience. The staff was nice and very professional. Breakfast every morning was great and it was good food too not cheap food. Hotel was very clean inside out. I love how there were so many places around the hotel including a movie theater. I’m glad I chose this hotel thank you."

"Ac / heating units are old and make alot of noise. I was woken up at 430am to what sounded a fire alarm going off. Turns out it was the ac unit on the ceiling. Called down and was offered ear plugs or to change rooma at 430 AM I was able to finally fall back to sleep around 8am. Went down to show them a video of the sounds and where it was coming....i was apologized to and given 1 hour extra to check out at 12 instead of 11...talk about not being aware of how the customer feels. I can care less about the "thank you" for letting them know about the AC... Probably will avoid this hotel moving forward, as i felt like i was not taken care of."

"The fitness center was above average. Not the best neighborhood, good food at the Vallartas Mexican grocery store. We will stay here again. Costco with 3 miles. Near by shopping center."

"I love this place. It’s like a beautifully kept little castle in the middle of the city. The room was spotless.The grounds are gorgeous. The pool is in the courtyard surrounded by plantings that are well maintained. I highly recommend Ayres Hotel."
