Geen parkeergelegenheid

Dit is een prima budget appartement in Wenen. Wel aan qat mogelijk de drukste straat vsn Wenen is. Waar ik een groot probleem mee heb, is dat ik gezocht had op apartementen met eigen parkeergelegenheid. Toen ik de verhuurder daar naar vroeg verwees hij mij naar de publieke parkeergarage. Toen ik hem op zijn advertentie wees, reageerde hij ronduit bot met de boodschap dat dat mijn probleem was.

Beurteilung Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist, wenn man keine grossen Anspruch hat, für einen Kurzaufenthalt geeignet, da es auch preiswert ist. Es hat zwei grosse Zimmer, welche nicht gut verdunkelt werden können. Es ist auch eher laut, da die Wohnung direkt an der Hauptstrasse liegt. Sie ist sehr nah an der U.Bahn gelegen, so dass wir sehr schnell den Standort wecgseln konnten. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass es für jede Person eine Decke hat. Auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter antwortete er, dass es noch nicht kalt ist und er deshalb nur eine Decke vorbereitet hat. Wir mussten uns zu zweit eine ca 150x200 Decke teilen. Es war doch etwas frisch in der Nacht und so haben wir noch den Sofaüberwurf benutzt. Möchte man selber kochen, so hat es nicht für vier Personen Geschirr. Die ganze Einrichtung in der Küche ist zusammengewürfelt. Kapselkaffeemaschine vorhanden. Die Dusche und das WC sind sehr klein, aber ausreichend. Es hat einen Lift, welcher aber nicht benutzt werden kann zum hochfahren. Es geht nur, wenn jemand den Lift von der Etage drückt. Tip: Koffer in den Lift stellen, ab in den 2.ten Stock, angeschrieben ist erster, und den Lift mit den Koffer raufholen. So müssen die Koffer nicht getragen werden. Viel Spass
