"Almost everything was perfect... the location was very good, the room was superb. Lovely seating area, nice kitchen, excellent bathroom. The on-site bar was good. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Cleaning is only every 3 days. Because of the wooden floors, this isn't enough - the floors need cleaning every day really 2. The rooms don't have air conditioning. "We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable beds and the triple glazing worked amazingly at keeping the noise out. We were facing the front on a very busy road and heard absolutely no traffic. Breakfast was really nice and fresh with plenty of choice. All the staff were polite and friendly, especially the reception ladies and the bar man. "Beautiful hotel in a great location, so weren’t far from things at all. 15 minute walk and you were in the centre pretty much. Staff couldn’t do enough for you as well, so friendly. "Absolutely loved our stay here May 2024. Easy walking distance from train station, HOHO bus, some lovely restaurants and a little grocery store. Upper Belvedere park and Palace walking distance also. Our room was a great size with a washer and dryer which we put to good use. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of food and staff very friendly. There are also some snacks and drinks if needed at a very good price.
