Very impressed; and happy with the choice of this hotel. The hotel backs up to a golf facility, and out front is a racket ball building. It's an 8-10 minute walk to the trolley, where you can ride nonstop to the Vienna Opera House/City Center. The facility and rooms are clean, and overall a very nice place to stay. An added bonus is that you get free parking. I would choose to stay here again.....

It was exactly as promised. The room was quite large, we had a small kitchenette and a great espresso maker. It was clean and quiet. The building was lovely and staff was excellent. Only issue is that in our studio there were two steps inside the room between the bedroom and the bathroom...little challenging in the middle of the night so if that is an issue for you, ask ahead of time! Loved it!

The staff is amazing (Oana, Nikola, Iva, Laura- thank you!), the rooms are clean and well designed serving both form and function. The hotel size makes it feel very intimate. The lobby and bar area small so for those looking for a buzzy 'scene" this is not for you. It's for people looking for an elegant, special place place that is beautifully appointed, and takes care of guests with grace, ease and pleasure.

I have the highest praise for the service in this hotel. It was exceptional. They put so much thought into the smallest details: from the chalkboard message next to our room welcoming our family to their hotel to the petit fours and sparkling wine on our bed to help unwind after the long flight. The beds were comfortable and the room was squeaky clean. Breakfast each morning was phenomenal. We were there for 4 nights, and there was a different printed menu each day.
