"The staff at this hotel were outstanding, particularly the night managers, and the rooms were well-appointed. A wonderful location in the diplomatic district with a tram stop right outside. Would stay again. The aircon was a bit loud but could be switched off as the windows could open."

"This was a one-night unexpected stay due to flight irregularities on a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the airport. It has the benefit of a cart-park, i.e., you can take your bags from bag-belt to hotel and back on a cart via accessible pathways and elevators which is a big plus. The hotel is quite large, with a very posh but well-priced restaurant which serves all-day warm buffet on an all you can eat basis. A smart choice for some odd arrival hours (crews stay here a lot). The room was clean, large and with all amenities. I was dead tired and essentially slept it off so not much to say except that it was quiet and very comfortable to go from plane to bed and back. If needed to stay around VIE, I would return. "

"The hotel is beautiful - the reception, bar area and room decor is lovely. The staff were great; a welcoming reception team and a lovely lady who brought room service breakfast (which was fantastic). I would stay again. The hotel is centrally located, just outside the Innere stadt but within an easy walk. It’s a quiet, safe area near Schwarzenbergplatz, where you can pick up a line 1, 2 or 71 tram to take you pretty much anywhere you want to go (and it is very easy to book tickets on the Wienmobile app). Unless you book at the hotel restaurant, dining and cafe options in the immediate vicinity are quite limited, but a 5-8 minute walk will bring you within reach of many more options. "

"Excellent location. Paid for parking at hotel, but when we attempted to leave the parking garage we had to pay again. Since we were leaving for the airport, we did not have time to dispute."

"Close to the City Centre"

"This is a lovely hotel for solo travelers like me who just want a place to crash and are out for most of the day. It was clean and spacious in the room, and I appreciated the free tea and kettle (I was able to make myself oatmeal for breakfast that way, which helped my budget). The location is very close to the D trolley stops, which I appreciated, although be warned that to get to them, you have to climb or go down a huge staircase (can be difficult with luggage or mobility limitations). I found it also very walkable without transit. There was very little security in the lobby after hours but nothing bad happened and I think there is just less concern for crime in general than in the States. I also appreciated that they arranged an early morning taxi to the airport for me!"
