Loved staying here! The location was good for us -- we enjoy walking, and were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. There are restaurants close by. The complimentary spa was AMAZING!!!! The hotel was fantastic, breakfast was amazing and it was in a quieter part of town close to public transit.

Old apartment building concerted to a boutique hotel. It was done very well with stylish comfortable rooms and nice amenities. If you are looking for a conventional hotel this is not it. If you want a room that is comfortable and stylish with fine amenities coupled with great service, I would highly recommend the Altstadt.

Wonderful staff and breakfast. Room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities! Easy to get there with the metro...you literally come up out of the subway and arrive at the hotel. Very cool views of St Stephens church and the delightful Christmas market!

Such a delightful stay. Quiet huge cozy room. Great facilities like shower with overhead shower head and big toilet area and chic furniture. Extremely comfortable bed. Awesome helpful staff especially Leonid from night shift, good sense of humor. Perfect location. I appreciate help with finding parking garage.

The hosts (Clemens and Annika) provided great communication and very helpful. Offered completed information regarding the apartment and Vienna. We stayed in the Apartment Sissi, it was very comfortable and offered anything you would need. Close and walkable to restaurants, groceries, museums, and historic sights. It was a great four night stay.

When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.

Chose the hotel due to its convenient location between the Hauptbahnhof and the Ring. Though a tiny bit dated (with some recent upgrades) it exceeded expectations; especially the level of attention and care from the staff. We needed to get antigen tests prior to our flight back to the States and were pointed by one gentleman at the front desk to a location near city hall where we could get them on the spot and for free. I have the highest praise for the service in this hotel. It was exceptional. They put so much thought into the smallest details: from the chalkboard message next to our room welcoming our family to their hotel to the petit fours and sparkling wine on our bed to help unwind after the long flight. Would definitely recommend Habyt Vienna! First, the location is not at the centre but is one train plus a bus ride. It is not difficult at all. It is close to Prater, which is directly connected to Stephenplatz. It is right across a bus stop, which goes directly to Wien Hbf, the main train station. The rooms are modern and new.
