The hotel itself is a bit far from the main city center of Vienna but it is very close to the trains so that was helpful. "This beautiful boutique hotel is very close to the Opera, Academia and other famous buildings. It’s in a quiet and safe area. The decor is unique as shown on the photos. It has small elevators and host big groups. So be prepared to wait for an elevator or you could use the well illuminated stairs. Great customer service, Debra and everyone at the front desk were helpful and welcoming. its amenities are as listed on the website. The restaurant was very chic, but pricey. So there are more...

"Even those the entire hotel was brutally hot, because there was an issue switching over the air conditioning… I would absolutely stay at this hotel again! The vibes were immaculate. The staff was incredibly friendly and sweet. The maintenance team even came by room to room to see what they could do to make us comfortable and to verbally explain to all of us what was going on with the air-conditioning.
