This was my first trip to Vienna and I felt the Motel One-Prater was a perfect location. The Messe-Prater U-Bahn is literally steps away. The larger Praterstern Station (including a grocery market and travel agent) is only 10 minutes walk. The Big Bus Tour has a stop only 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. There is a cozy and larger lobby area and a small room off to the side where I was able to easily hold a meeting with 5 other people. I would suggest this hotel to friends.

This is an inexpensive, friendly hotel close to the 2 tram line (which goes to a lot of useful places) and to the Praterstern station. The staff was nice, and we enjoyed having the hotel restaurant available for breakfast and dinner when we didn't want to or have time to go elsewhere. The room was good, though a little rough around the edges. We had a top floor room, which had a small window but also had an air conditioner, which kept it pretty comfortable in some July heat.
