We appreciated the washing machine in the unit (no detergent for laundry or dishwasher provided). The unit is on a busy street and there is no air conditioning so it was a little loud for sleeping. We appreciated the room fan provided (also good to help dry laundry). The location is far from city center, but close to transportation and a nice park for running. The one kitchen towel provided was very dirty (hadn’t been washed) and there was a wet, smelly towel in the laundry when we arrived.

When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.

I have the highest praise for the service in this hotel. It was exceptional. They put so much thought into the smallest details: from the chalkboard message next to our room welcoming our family to their hotel to the petit fours and sparkling wine on our bed to help unwind after the long flight. Loved staying here! The location was good for us -- we enjoy walking, and were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. There are restaurants close by. The complimentary spa was AMAZING!!!! We reserved the spa for 10:00 in the evening -- perfect end to a day full of walking. It was about a 10 minute walk from the subway station to the hotel. The staff was very, very accommodating.
