This hotel gets it right! The staff is super friendly and made me feel like a VIP! Everything is thoughtfully laid out and perfect for a long-term stay. It is right across the street from the subway and only 15 minutes away from city center. There is a shopping mall right across the street with a grocery store in the same building. Highly recommended!

The hotel was fantastic, breakfast was amazing and it was in a quieter part of town close to public transit.

The property was wonderful. Close to the city center but a little on the outskirts to not feel the busy rush. The room was very nice and spacious.

Wonderful staff and breakfast. Room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities! Easy to get there with the metro...you literally come up out of the subway and arrive at the hotel. Very cool views of St Stephens church and the delightful Christmas market!

Loved staying here! The location was good for us -- we enjoy walking, and were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. There are restaurants close by. The complimentary spa was AMAZING!!!! I have the highest praise for the service in this hotel. It was exceptional. They put so much thought into the smallest details: from the chalkboard message next to our room welcoming our family to their hotel to the petit fours and sparkling wine on our bed to help unwind after the long flight. We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels and Airbnb’s. This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed with in Europe. The location is tops, only a 2 minute walk to Stephensplatz, shopping and restaurants. The room is huge, with large bathroom and large walk-in closet as well. Small kitchenette is perfect. Amazing experience. It was everything I wanted for the trip and some more. The location couldn’t be better. The hotel is so pretty and clean. I will definitely go there again and again.

When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.

On top of the very convenient location, the breakfast is of the first class! Also, the staff members are very friendly and helpful about any questions, with perfect English.

Fantastic service and attentiveness and excekkent breajfast with a wide variety of coffees and pastries, eggs and sausages. We booked a superior room and it was well worth the extra expense. Taxis are no more than 5 or 10 Euros to any attraction. Lebanese, Italian, German & Thai within 2 blocks walking distance.
