"Ich war dieses Mal enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt, vor allem von der Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter. Beim Frühstück wollte ich eine Kellnerin etwas fragen, sie sagte „gleich“ und ging weg. Als sie zurückkam, hat sie mich komplett ignoriert, was ich sehr respektlos fand. Später kam eine andere Kellnerin mehrfach und sagte „fertig“, obwohl wir gerade beim Essen waren und sie gesehen hat, dass wir unser Essen erst vom Buffet genommen hatten.
