"The hotel was absolutely lovely and even with a late arrival they were very pleasant and helpful, even with my awful German language skills! The room was cozy and comfortable. I will also add they had one of the best breakfasts I've yet seen at any hotel. Very extensive with meats and cheeses and patries and all of them were fresh and not store bought. "Sehr schönes Hotel in der Lüneburger Heide. Sehr hundefreundlich, gute Ausstattung, großes Zimmer. Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben hervorragend gegessen. Einziges Manko bei unserem Besuch war der piepende Rauchmelder und die Erreichbarkeit in der Nacht."

"Property is located over 3 buildings and this means there is a bit of explanation required. We checked in at one building, breakfast was in another and our room in another. We had misunderstood where check out was, probably due to language differences, and it wasn't the same as check in. My only concern was that while our building door was locked on arrival for security, other guests kept propping the door open. "
