"The Place at Evoramonte is now my new favorite place to stay. The property is gorgeous! The rooms are so comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. The views from the room, terraces, and patio are absolutely breathtaking. Vicki and Mitch were the nicest hosts, from the moment we arrived to the time we had to head home. "We arrived at 7pm and the code would not unlock the door. We called the number provided and left a message. We also emailed for assistance but we didn’t get a response. We waited and called 3 times. We then left to find another place to stay. The lady called after 20 minutes but we had left by that time to find some where else to stay. She then sent very rude text messages to us - we do not recommend this place. "

"A lovely, cosy Alentejo style cottage situated in a rural area surrounded by vineyards, cork and olive trees. Everything was as described in the listing and the local property manager was lovely and made the check-in and check-out process seamless.
