Only negative was breakfast, (which was lovely and served in a nearby bakery) but hotels.com charged £12.50 each when had we not booked it in advance it would have only been €8 to order at reception…! "Staff were amazing, helpful and always smiling. The breakfast was very good, nice variety and specialty coffees. The rooms are a bit shabby, with the floor tiles broken in spots and very minimal amenities. The location is very quiet and double windows to block out sound. The air conditioning was not good, very weak and doesn’t get very cool. Not a problem for us in April but by summer it would be very uncomfortable. Ike storage in the basement was fantastic, able to clean and lock the bikes overnight was a real advantage."

"Poor reception service. No bathroom available at the reception. Had to wait with a little girl until the check in was finish to got to the bathroom inside our room. The laundry is totally outside the building, in another business and that was not what I was told."
