"Mine and my partner’s stay at Hotel 5 Colonne was wonderful. The free breakfast was a lovely cold-style breakfast with the most delicious cappuccinos. The restaurant in the evening is a bustling, yet cozy restaurant with great food for a great price. The room was very clean and housekeeping came by daily. Additionally, the room is equipped with air conditioning and a mini-fridge. It is at the heart of Mirano surrounded by many shops, bars, restaurants, and more. That being said, noise was never an issue. If your plan is to visit Venice, it is a 40-45 minute bus ride. However bus stops are only a 5 minute walk away. Overall my partner and I had an amazing stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it! "

"The Satff were ever so helpful and friendly. The place was an old mill so gas a bit if history associated with it which adds to us flavour. It is very clean tidy and the sheets as crisp as an icy winters morning. The setting is delightful and fills you with a sense of calm. Recommend this to anyone who wants to visit the bustling city by day and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside at night. From Venice city to Antico Mulino is a €50 taxi ride organised by the hosts. Really lovely staying here. "

"I had a truly enchanting experience at this VRBO in Venice, Italy! You are unlikely to find more attentive hosts then MAGDALENA & FRANCESCO. Our host was absolutely amazing, offering warm hospitality and invaluable recommendations. Checked on us several times and gave us all the recommendations we needed to use the Bus system. Yes the house is about 30 mins on the bus from Venice, and or the Train depot. But the bus stop is only 3 or 4 minutes walk and you can purchase a bus pass right at the market next to the stop. Check this out..they even called the taxi company to ensure we correctly made reservations for our early departure as we don’t speak Italian and can be very confusing or getting lost in translation. They confirmed that we correctly reserved a cab so we could sleep well knowing everything was set up correctly. Such a sweet gesture. The apartment itself was a gem—cozy, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully furnished. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the decor exuded Venetian elegance. It was a delightful haven to return to after a day of exploring Venice's historic streets and picturesque canals. I highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone seeking an authentic and memorable stay in Venice while saving some money not staying right in Venice and beating the tourist traps that come with it."

"This hotel was one of our favorites on our honeymoon! The rooms, and staff were amazing! We didn’t get the girls name at the front desk, but she was soooo helpful in giving us directions, making recommendations in Venice, and even making a call for us. Without her help, we wouldn’t have been able to communicate with the staff at another place we would be staying at. So if she sees this! THANK YOU!! "

"This place was great! Would recommend to anyone, the concierge on staff spoke great English, they had great food recommendations, breakfast and coffee in the morning was awesome! The villa is about 2 min from the bus stop (walking), which made things very easy to not need a car. Just be careful, the concierge told us that the bus drivers sometimes skip the stop closest to the villa and stop at the one further up the street because more people get on there, that was the only difficulty we encountered staying here. "
