"Very loud neighbour and called the desk. Service Rep indicated that they would not be able to do much about noise. I was not happy, and expressed this to Customer Rep. Manager got involved and stopped noisy neighbour immediately and called us to apologize. I stay in hotel rooms ~50% of my year and understand what is reasonable. Did not appreciate flippant reply from first contact with front desk. Customer Rep was quite dismissive."

"Breakfast is a seperate option. Not Great options in menu. Most of the guests are ordering through Uber. Good location Parking is extra in the other end of the main building. Airport shuttle is a plus but only upto 10:30 p. M. Should have been upto 12:00 a. M. For late arrivals. Property shows age. Rooms are spacious. Washrooms need some modern updates. "
