"There was some misunderstanding during our check-in. Which took approximately 2 hours before we could get access to our room. Beside the inconvenience we faced during our check-in, our stay was good. We stayed in a renovated area close to a swimming pool with different types of restaurants. We visited several a-la cart restaurants. We recommend the Indian and the international restaurants. The food in the main restaurant was good, it included variety of options such as meat, fish and seafood....

"We stayed in a swim up room which was great, it was like having our own private pool at times! The food was lovely, a great selection including great eggs made to order for breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, a special shout out to the cleaner Ahmed and Hamada from the dining team who were both great! "

"The building is well maintained, staff are polite and nice, the facility is huge so expect a lot of walking, there's 2 drawbacks the food variety is poor except special nights, also the pools are bit boring no musics with little animation, so if you want a quite place to relax this will be your destination."
